Terms of Use

1. Acceptance and who may use it

To create an account you must be at least 13 years old; those under 18 must have the consent and assistance of a legal guardian, especially for any action involving payment. You must provide truthful information and keep your profile up to date. Registration may require e-mail confirmation and a complete profile within 7 days; incomplete accounts may be limited or temporarily suspended.

2. Account, data and security

• You are responsible for your account and for keeping your access confidential (including Google/Twitch social login).
• Creating multiple accounts to get around rules, limits or bans is prohibited.
• Sensitive actions require a confirmed e-mail, a complete profile and, in certain cases, a verified phone/WhatsApp.
• We may require anti-bot verification (captcha) and apply usage limits to protect the portal.

3. Rules of conduct

By using the portal, you agree not to:

• Post illegal, offensive, discriminatory, violent, sexual content involving minors, defamatory content or content that violates third-party rights;
• Engage in spam, fraud, social engineering, phishing or spreading malware;
• Attempt to bypass security, moderation, the voting, XP, giveaway or payment systems;
• Use bots, automation or exploits to gain an unfair advantage;
• Disclose third parties' personal data without authorisation.

4. User content and moderation

You are responsible for the content you publish. By publishing it, you grant the portal a non-exclusive licence to display and distribute that content within the service. Servers, listings, comments, posts and sponsored content go through manual approval and are not published automatically. We may edit, refuse or remove content that violates these Terms without prior notice, and the reason for refusal may be generic for security reasons.

5. Marketplace

• Prohibited: R$, PIX, dollars, euros, cryptocurrency, RMT, buying/selling accounts, “black market”, cheats, hacks, bots, exploits or illegal macros.
• Listings only use the in-game currency configured per game (e.g. Zeny, Alz, Gold).
• Every listing is submitted for approval and stays active for a set period; any edit sends it back for review.
• The chat is monitored: external contacts (phone, WhatsApp, Discord, e-mail, links) and real-money terms are blocked.
• Ratings/reputation are only unlocked when both parties confirm the deal is complete.
• The portal is only the listing environment and is not a party to negotiations between users.

6. Server ranking

• 1 vote per user every 24 hours is allowed, universally.
• Sponsored servers appear in a separate, labelled area and never change the organic ranking.
• Badges such as “Recommended” and “Official Partner” are editorial and cannot be bought.

7. Community and gamification

XP, levels, badges, polls, walls and the member ranking are engagement features. Manipulating these systems (self-voting, fake accounts, automation) is prohibited. Scores and rewards may be adjusted or reversed in case of abuse.

8. Giveaways, wheels and codes

Giveaways, wheels and codes follow their own rules published with each campaign. Participation may have requirements (e.g. an active account, legal age where applicable). Prize delivery may depend on manual confirmation and a deadline. Any attempt to defraud participation is forbidden.

9. Store and payments

• The Store offers official packages/products; payments are processed by Mercado Pago (PIX and card).
• Payment approval by Mercado Pago does not automatically activate most benefits — some require additional manual approval. Exception: the marketplace listing boost, which is activated automatically once the payment is approved.
• Item deliveries may be manual and require additional details (e.g. character name).
• Refunds/chargebacks follow applicable law (including the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code) and each product's rules. If there's a problem, contact support.
• Prices and conditions may change; the valid amount is the one shown at the time of purchase.

10. Advertising and sponsored content

The portal displays advertising and sponsored content, always clearly labelled. The detailed rules are in the Advertising and Sponsored Content Policy.

11. Intellectual property

The brand, layout, texts and visual elements of Play Jogos are protected. Game brands and content belong to their respective owners. You may not copy, reproduce or exploit the portal without authorisation, except for the normal use provided for in these Terms.

12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The portal is offered “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, nor the conduct of users or third parties. We are not responsible for negotiations between users in the marketplace, for third-party content (servers, listings, embeds) or for losses arising from improper use of the portal, except for liabilities the law does not allow us to exclude.

13. Suspension and termination

We may warn, suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the law, proportionally to the severity. You may close your account at any time; some data may be retained for legal periods (see the Privacy Policy).

14. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The “last updated” date indicates the version in force. Relevant changes may be announced on the portal. Continued use after changes means acceptance.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The consumer's place of residence is elected as the jurisdiction for any disputes, unless the law provides otherwise. Questions? Reach us at Contact.
